Why is Elimination the First Thing on the List?
That’s easy! If you pour water into a pipe that is capped at the other end, what happens? That’s right! Nothing comes out. If you pour more water in – it just keeps filling up the pipe until it overflows. It doesn’t matter what you put in the pipe – good or bad – solids or liquids – it just keeps backing up.
IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE PLUG FROM THE END OF THE PIPE,
IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOU PUT IN, IT IS STILL PLUGGED UP!
Natural elimination is: Eat a Meal – Eliminate a Meal.
You can see natural elimination in action when you feed a newborn – about ten minutes after feeding the baby you need to change the diaper. THAT’S REGULARITY – THAT’S THE WAY IT SHOULD BE! Otherwise, you are constipated.
Incidentally, that’s why people think supplements don’t work – they get stuck somewhere in the pipe and can’t get to where they can do anything. And, if you think about what’s happening to all that stuff that is just hanging around in the pipe . . . it isn’t a very pretty thought.
The Body is Designed to Store Two Meals:
- digesting one meal in the intestines,
- processing the remains of a second meal in the colon for elimination.
When you’re eating a new meal, chewing signals the intestinal muscles to make room for the next batch of food – the remains of the digesting food are pushed to the top of colon for final processing – the wastes are pushed out: ONE MEAL IN – ONE MEAL OUT!
Dr. Kenneth Cooper, M.D., M.P.H., internationally renowned Physician and the founder of the Cooper Wellness Clinic in Dallas TX., asks his audiences a telling question: Are you 3-sixes, 2-nines, or 1-eightteen?
He explains that the size, nature and frequency of elimination reflects a person’s health. His point is: the healthiest people eliminate one, two or three times every day a total of 18 inches of 2 inch around cigar shaped waste.
Otherwise, the body is burdened with the accumulating sludge, the toxins it produces during the day, the weight and bulk of the accumulating wastes.
Evaluate your health by estimating the stored wastes.

For example, Jane Doe eats 3 times a day:
- breakfast – coffee & toast
- break – coffee & “a little something to tide her over”
- lunch – fast food salad with dressing
- break – a soda & “something from the vending machine”
- dinner – meat, potatoes, a canned vegetable
- snacks in front of the TV
- She eliminates regularly every other day
The result of her health test is: 3 (meals) / 1 (elimination) =
3 x 2 (days between elimination) = 6 x 1.5 lbs. = 9 lbs. of you know what!
Do you really think that carrying around of all of that stuff is healthy?
