So many people are too embarrassed to explain their ideas, for fear of offending a pozsible client.
Many other writers don't appreciate their subject matter in any respect or they're worried to reveal any kind of "secrets".

Thanks for your kind evaluation. Your insight about “secrets” is right on the button! There are no secrets but, there is subtrefuge. It feeds people’s search for a magic bullet to fix what they have broken. Whether it is obesity, degenerative disease, injury or just feeling off, there are 3 causes: lifestyle choices, diet or plain old bad luck. 2 of the 3 causes are completely controllable.

A good rule thumb is: Take charge of your health. Learn about the choices you have, manage them, as best you can, keep yourself out of harms way, as best you can.

The fact is, it’s your life, it’s your choice. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Searching a non-existent magic bullet, substance or person, to fix what you have broken is more difficult that taking care of what you already have.
